Beth Hall has been designing and creating jewelry as a passionate hobby for the past 30 years. She was inspired as a child by the ethnic adornment found in her grandfather's National Geographic magazines and later her love for ancient artifacts and all things Celtic. Besides being energized by her travels to monuments and ancient spiritual sites, Beth's work is influenced by her background in psychology, healing, and by the opposing constructs of purposefulness and serendipity.
Beth enjoys incorporating a variety of natural elements into her metalwork including dinosaur bone, hand-made paper, fabric, horsehair, and stone. She currently teaches classes in the New England area and sells her jewelry at craft shows and private events. A selection of her work in chain mail can be viewed in Art Jewelry Magazine on line.
Beth resides in the Boston area with her husband and daughter. She holds doctorates in psychology and is a licensed psychologist in CA. (Jewelry craft is her personal therapy!) When not elbow deep in rough dust, Beth can be found making music with her husband, Barry, and with her band Triple Spiral.
